Our Refund Policy

 

It is possible for you to cancel your pre-paid tuition at any time (see ‘Cancellation of lessons’ above). If you have not taken any lessons at the time of cancellation you are eligible for a full refund of any amount paid to Week days intensive driving School, subject to the following points:

a: Any cancellations are to be made at least one week in advance of your first lesson so that our instructors can create space for another students. Any cancellation requests made less than one week in advance unfortunately we cannot refund.

b: If you have taken any lessons at the time of cancellation you will no longer be entitled to a refund on any lessons taken this includes the booking fee (if applicable).

c: We will refund you using the same method which you used to pay for your lessons. However if we are not able to do this we will refund you by a method we deem appropriate.

d: Should we require more information from you this will be to confirm your identity in order to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, and this will be used to follow our Merchant Operating Instructions for card collection facilities.

e: If you require a refund this may take up to 10 working days to be paid back into your account or given to you directly.

f: A refund of partial block bookings will be created pro rata on any lessons which you have not already taken.

g: If there is an offer such as ‘buy one get one free’ there will be no refund once the first lesson has been taken.

h: If you have paid via a gift card/voucher we will not be able to offer you a refund after you have claimed the gift card/voucher.

i: If you have already paid your instructor for the lessons you wish to cancel he/she will refund you following these principles.n advance unfortunately we cannot refund.

10. Once your course starts it must finish within a week or the company has the right to terminate your course without a refund.

11: Once you finish the 30 hours if failed the assessment you are loosing the three attempts as you are not suitable for the test.
